RISES AGAIN IN BREWSTER

The Brewster Theater Company is excited to present 'Moon Over Buffalo' by Ken Ludwig  at the Heritage Hills Activity Center in Somers on May 14, 15 and 22 at 8pm and a matinee on May 23rd. Set in 1953, this uproariously funny show recounts the antics of George and Charlotte Hay and their repertory theater company. This comedy becomes a comedy of errors as George and Charlotte try to pull everyone together for the performance of a lifetime when a big time producer comes to town. 

The November production was cut short due to an unfortunate medical emergency experienced by a lead actor. In the spirit of "the show must go on", the Brewster Theater Company is pleased to bring back this locally acclaimed production.

 Debbie Levin, who directed the BTC productions of 'Steel Magnolias' (May 2002),  'Here on the Flight Path' (May 2003) and the first "Moon Over Buffalo" (Nov. 2003), directs this wonderful comedy featuring some of the original cast and  a few new faces.  

The returning actors are Lori Franzese of Carmel as Charlotte, Paul Stein of Brewster as Howard, Jay Reiner of Cold Spring as Paul and Estelle Monahan of Somers as Ethel.  New actors include Carl LePere of Brewster as George, Marian Tascio of Patterson as Rosalyn, Michelle Pesce of White Plains as Eileen, and Greg Chadwick of Patterson as Richard.

This event is made possible in part with public funds from the New York State Council on the Arts Decentralization Program, administered in Putnam by the Putnam Arts Council. The performances are being done in partnership with the Heritage Hills Theater Guild.
