2012 BTC Annual Meeting

Due to inclement weather the Annual Meeting scheduled for  January 21, 2012 at 3 pm  has been postponed

Please join us on our snow date
January 28 at 3 pm

St. Andrew's Church
 26 Prospect St., Brewster 

Please join us for an afternoon of light snacks and beverages as we review highlights of the 2011 season, share our plans for 2012, and elect the board of directors for the coming year.  We also promise entertainment courtesy of The Armchair Actors, as part of our very successful 2011 outreach endeavors. 

Please note that while all BTC supporters are welcome to attend the annual meeting, you must be a member in good standing in order to participate in the election of the board.  Membership forms can be downloaded at www.brewstertheater.org and mailed in or will be available at the meeting.

So that we can best plan, if at all possible, please call 845-598-1621 to confirm your attendance.
