TANYS: Three Tall Women

"The Brewster Theater Company took a Pulitzer Prize winning play by Edward Albee "Three Tall Women" and presented it in a church building built in the 1800s with peeling paint, cracked ceiling no running water and no electrical wiring to a very hot but receptive audience. The show containing reminiscences of the women's lives brought forth everyone's own memories of hopes and dreams, regrets and loss, the meaning of life and the whole process of aging. Kudos to a company that finds meaningful scripts that are not the traditional community theater fare and moves forward with them."
