To all Brewster Theater Company members and supporters,

We will be holding our annual membership meeting on Tuesday, January 27, 2004 at 7:30pm at the Brewster Library.

At this meeting we will review our 2003 season, discuss plans for our 2004 season, and elect officers for the 2004 board of directors. According to our by-laws, anyone who has served on the board as a member-at-large for at least one year is eligible to hold an officer position.

Following is the current Board of Directors of the Brewster Theater Company:

President – Paul Stein

Vice President – Debbie Levin

Treasurer – Jan Anthony

Secretary – Jeane Stein

Margaret Carey

Jennifer Darby

Stacy Dumont

Elizabeth Joyce

Please note that to be eligible to vote you must be a member in good standing of the Brewster Theater Company. You may pay your 2004 membership dues at the beginning of the meeting and be eligible to vote. Dues are $15 for an individual membership and $25 for a family membership.

At this meeting we will also be accepting volunteers to help with our 2004 productions and projects. I hope you will be able to attend this informative meeting.

Dues for the 2004 season will be collected at this meeting. Membership fees are $15 Individual and $25 Family. You must be a member in good standing with the Brewster Theater Co. to be eligible to vote for board officers, as well as to participate in any Brewster Theater Co. production.

According to our by-laws, anyone who has served on the board as a member-at-large for at least one year is eligible to hold an officer position. Members-at-large are appointed by the officers of the board. Current members-at-large are: Margaret Carey, Jennifer Darby, Stacy Dumont, Anne Fitzgerald, and Elizabeth Joyce.
