The Armchair Actors Meet Monthly

 

 Would you enjoy an evening out of the house?  Interested in theater but don’t have the time to commit to a full production?  Then, come join The Armchair Actors, Brewster Theater Company’s monthly play reading group. 

 The Armchair Actors meet at the Brewster Public Library on Main Street in Brewster, NY 10509 at 7 pm on the 3rd or 4th Wednesday of the month. 

Dates are tentatively scheduled as:

  • Feb 24

  • Mar 24

  • Apr 28

  • May 26

  • Jun 23

  • Jul 28

  • Aug 25

  • Sept 22

  • Oct 27

  • Nov 17

 

 Each month the group reads a full length play, scenes, or a selection of one acts plays.    Plays are usually chosen by the group coordinator; however local playwrights are also invited to share their original works with the group.  This is a great opportunity for writers to hear their words expressed out loud.   

 The Armchair Actors meet 7 pm at the Brewster Public Library.  Pre-registration is requested to help plan and select material, however walk-ins are always welcome.  This group is open to both members of BTC and non-members.
